How is the volumetric weight of large shipments calculated? ↓
(Length x Width x Height in cm) is multiplied and the result is divided by 5000 according to the international standard approved by the shipping organization (IATA). The shipment is billed based on the largest weight between the actual weight in the scale and the volumetric weight.

Which areas do remote area fees apply to? ↓
The fees for remote areas shall apply to villages, oases and border areas that fall outside the urban scope of major cities, and shall be added to cover the costs of special connection lines.
