This agreement sets out the mutual rights and obligations between the shipper, merchants, consignors, and recipients to ensure a safe and reliable transportation environment.
The sending customer is obliged to provide accurate and complete data about the recipient's name, detailed address, and phone number. It is also obligated to pack the package in a manner that ensures its safety during transportation and manual handling. The Company assumes no liability resulting from poor packaging of fragile goods unless a special insurance service is selected.
It is strictly prohibited to send or deliver any materials contrary to local laws, for example: flammable or explosive materials, weapons and ammunition, counterfeit and adulterated goods, and narcotic substances. The Company reserves the right to open and inspect any suspicious package in coordination with the competent security and regulatory authorities.
We respect the privacy of our customers and are committed to protecting their personal data, phone numbers and addresses. Phone numbers are used only for the purpose of operational coordination, delivery of packages and sending real-time tracking notifications, and no data is sold or shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.
All collection on receipt (COD) amounts are subject to stringent digital audits and reconciliations before being transferred to bank accounts. In the event of any dispute, digital tracking records and electronic receipt signatures registered with the delivery captain shall be consulted.
