1. Fuel and Fuel Premium Index

The fuel allowance shall be reviewed monthly according to the officially approved energy price indices and shall be applied as a percentage of the net base transportation wage without calculating the additional fees.

2. Connection fees for remote areas and villages

These fees are added for packages destined to locations more than 45 km from the nearest major sorting center or requiring rough transit routes:

3. Handling charges and special services

Cash on Delivery Collection Commission: 1.5% of total COD collected, minimum 10 EGP per parcel.
Securing breakable materials and glassware: 15 EGP per parcel (includes extra bubble cushioning & 100% loss coverage).
Overshipped (+120cm): Manual handling fee 25 EGP per piece.
